In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "doen55," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the doen55 platform and its operating entity, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, and services offered under the doen55 brand.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the doen55 platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the doen55 platform, through which gaming and betting services are accessed.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the doen55 website, any associated mobile applications, gaming interfaces, sports betting modules, and any other digital services provided by doen55.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's doen55 Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, matched deposits, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process through which doen55 confirms the identity, age, and funding source of a Player before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online casino or sports betting services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the doen55 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the doen55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and doen55, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. No waiver by doen55 of any breach of these terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

doen55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of doen55 following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an Account on doen55, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. doen55 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will suspend any Account where the Player is found to be underage, with all funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing doen55 from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through doen55 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. doen55 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Any Account identified as a duplicate will be closed without notice and any associated balance may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your doen55 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. doen55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, permit any third party to access or use your Account, or transfer your Account to another individual. Any activity carried out through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified doen55 of a security breach.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the doen55 support team immediately at [email protected] or via the platform's live chat. doen55 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

doen55 will never contact you to request your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from doen55 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

doen55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, UBL Omni, and Retail Cash OTC channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. doen55 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching the registered Account holder's identity may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and by Account tier. doen55 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or an alternative method verified in your name by the doen55 cashier team.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be settled before withdrawing the real-money portion of your balance, unless you elect to forfeit the bonus.
• doen55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation including source of funds evidence before processing.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. During peak periods or where additional review is required, processing may take longer.

doen55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms & Conditions and by any specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing these restrictions through VPN usage, device spoofing, or other technical means is prohibited.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked on eligible game categories before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contributions by game type are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• doen55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated.

Players who do not wish to accept a bonus may decline it at the point of claiming or may contact the support team to have unclaimed bonus funds removed from their Account before any wagering has taken place.

All casino games available on the doen55 platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

Sports betting markets on doen55, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, and other events, are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. doen55 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as published in the doen55 sportsbook rules section.
• doen55 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, restrict maximum stake amounts on any market, or void bets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or where market integrity is in question.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to technical fault — will be voided by doen55 at its reasonable discretion, and stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

In all gaming disputes, the transaction logs maintained by doen55's systems shall be the definitive record. Where a discrepancy exists between information displayed to a Player and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the doen55 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate guaranteed profits in a manner not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on doen55.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, poker, or other competitive formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using doen55 as a vehicle for any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory while using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your actual location.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.

All content on the doen55 platform — including but not limited to the doen55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of doen55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the doen55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any doen55 content.

Any unauthorised use of doen55 intellectual property is a breach of these terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. doen55 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

doen55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at doen55.com/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the doen55 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

doen55 collects personal data necessary for Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. doen55 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

doen55's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

doen55 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. doen55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or third-party service provider outages beyond doen55's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude doen55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

doen55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material in nature — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a Player — doen55 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent platform notification.

Non-material amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes that do not meaningfully affect Player rights — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the doen55 platform following the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which doen55 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and doen55, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the doen55 support team. doen55 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe from the date of notification.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent doen55 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests.
